The second block comprises another three days of Green Belt training using Minitab software (we will provide you with a 30-day free trial version of this software).
The first 2 days of training, subject to passing an online exam at the end of day 2, will enable you to receive Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University. In addition, we will share examples of how lean six sigma principles and techniques to create process and product innovations to help proactive organisations adapt to the COVID 19 pandemic. Delegates will also have an opportunity to learn how Industry 4.0 technologies blend well with a Lean Six Sigma approach. The training content explores the latest research in Operational Excellence and will share how these principles and techniques are applied within manufacturing, private and public service and third sector organisations. The Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt is a very practical training programme (5 days in total) that will enable attendees to immediately start applying tools and techniques to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of business processes, no matter the size or type of industry.
